[Buildroot] host-libxml-parser-perl 2.36 won't install

Sorry for the half-mail - my mail provider's web frontend thinks it's a great idea to make CTRL-V a shortcut for "send"...

the Makefile sets:
INSTALLSITEARCH = /usr/local/lib64/perl5

I guess this should be
INSTALLSITEARCH = $(PERLPREFIX)/lib64/perl5

if I change this manually, build runs fine.
