Hello!

This ensures coherency between the sysroot naming in the crosstool-NG
configuration, and the place we search for libraries.

Also, bump the version, and use the new download location.

 [PATCH 1/2] toolchain/crosstool-NG: fix sysroot name
 [PATCH 2/2] toolchain/crosstool-NG: bump version to 1.10.1
