[Buildroot] Qtopia

Ravi

Donno much about qtopia.

But qt-embedded-linux-opensource-src-4.5.2 ,downloaded and compiled
separately works for me on buildroot rfs system  using
arm-linux-uclibcgnueabi- toolchain.
