[Buildroot] compiling for 2.4.34 kernel

Hi
  i need help in compiling the buildroot for 2.4.34 kernel. inthe make
menuconfig there is no option to select 2.4 kernel. if sopme patch has to be
applied please suggest. my target board requires 2.4.34 kernel
