[Buildroot] [buildroot 0001282]: ccache

If somebody who regularly uses ccache could comment on the bugreport
below then this would be great.. Iff he is talking about exporting
CACHE_DIR to (let's say) $(STAGING_DIR).ccache then it sounds like it
should be (easily?) doable.
