[Buildroot] tinyx, xorg config Broken? How does cairo fit?

When I select tinyX, Xorg gets selected too.  Is that
correct or are they mutually exclusive? (revision
17697)

Also, in the configs, cairo is dependent on xorg. Will
it work with tinyx?  If not, can I compile gtk without
it?
